No, because the average Filipino is already covered under existing homicide laws like reckless imprudence resulting in homicide. And also, the Death Penalty is an irreversible measure to something that can be politically influenced.

No. Death penalties are impossible to reinstate as the UN prohibits us. We are a signatory of a treaty stating we decided to abolish the policy.

 @BC3NQP2from Benguet  answered…2mos2MO

It depends on the type of drug they trafficking on most i would say yes because they are dealing in death so death sentence is morally correct, But as with Marijuana my elief is that it is medicinal and should be legalised to an extent, most countries where it is legal have shown how the crime rate has lessened because of it being legalised.

 @B7F5WQDfrom Mindoro Occidental  answered…8mos8MO

In my opinion, if they are a repeat offender and you have given them the chance to repent but still refuses to. And they have causes great public harm to the common good. Then yes. kill them.

 @9DMPD5HLiberalfrom Bataan  answered…3yrs3Y

No, death penalty should only be done to persons who have done heinous crimes. Drug traffickers should be put under strict rehabilitation centers and make sure that they receive a reasonable livelihood job for them to start they life over.

 @968VFXTfrom Bohol  answered…4yrs4Y

that depends how deep they are in their ring, grunts can be slid off but high ranking officers need the cap

Death penalty is not enough. They should be tortured until they're begging for their death. Once begged, stop the torture then continue doing this once they got enough rest.

 @BMaGuerrero1989from Mindoro Occidental  answered…4yrs4Y

No, the punishment should fit the crime--there should be degrees of drug trafficking that take into account the amount of trafficked drugs, involvement in production, etc. Drug lords should receive more severe punishment/sentences than small-time traffickers, and deaths as a result of trafficking should be part of a different (additional) charge

 @8YQMPTSKKKanswered…4yrs4Y
