Not necessarily "restrict" but "limit". While foreign investors coming in here is a good thing, there should be limitations as to how much they can buy up properties, and such limitations should always be in favor of our domestic sector.

No, but rigorous background checks must be encated to prevent illegal gambling/trafficiking rings, and to foreign individuals purchasing property near key infastructure or military installations

Allow foreigners to purchase properties, but only foreigners from friendly and neutral countries, not adversaries.
