If you go to social medias, you will see a lot of AI-generated texts, images, and even videos too. Not only online but in person too. Sometimes, this goes out of control and ends up in people spreading misinformation and fake news and other bad things too. X(formerly Twitter) has this AI called Grok. A lot of women experience harassment like having their photos used to "digitally remove clothing and other sexual stuff". Not only that, there are cases where people get close to AI characters like c.ai to the point they kill themselves for being too close with them. Thus, regulating the use of Artificial Intelligence is important. Leaving AI to be accessible and free for all without well-regulated regulations can have a more damaging consequences.

No, as long as they are not hurting anyone, private citizens should be free to use AI any way they want
An AI is a tool that gives you everything you want, and that implies a reliance on technology. While reliance on technology is generally not a bad thing, I have seen more and more people using them in ways that can be deemed "lazy" For the standards of an evaluator. This sort of reliance makes us lose certain skills which we once valued, and it would be gone before anyone can even notice
