i say we must not return to state execution — instead, pursue life sentences, seizure of ill-gotten wealth, and strong institutional reforms so they never harm the public again.
If there's no consequences in their actions, then we are to become a haven for criminals and the filipinos will never be discipline nor fear any of their choices even if just to make ends meet.
