allow the single payer & public medical options (for different medical needs) to co-exists so that people can choose & we really should make the small priced pre-existing medicines & highest priced drugs be affordable for the people who might not have the money to pay for it to be lest costly and for the operations to be less costly for the people who can barely even afford to pay for it
